The Master Builder Certification is the highest level of qualification offered by Canadian Home Builders’ Association of BC (CHBA-BC). This certification is awarded to Builders who meet the rigorous criteria as set by CHBA-BC – the authority of our industry.

To earn this designation, Jawshua successfully completed all the required courses in the CHBA BC Continuing Education program. The courses focus on many of the important aspects of the residential construction industry in BC, including the BC Building Code, energy-efficient building methods, building envelope construction & design, new home construction practices and techniques, site safety, and construction law pertaining to professional building ethics & standards. The certification program is designed for passionate builders to distinguish themselves as a dedicated professional and industry leader who want to stay current on industry trends, technical advances, code developments and best practices.
